Operational Communications (Performance Support)

To request communications to customers regarding services that are in production, download, complete and email one of the following forms.  You will need to enable editing and enable content.

Submit communication requests to the PSA team at least three business days prior to the first communication delivery.

Ideal Delivery Timelines:

  • Change notification that requires action by the reader
    • 1st notification – 2 weeks prior to event
    • 2nd notification – 1 week prior to event
    • 3rd notification – 1 day prior to event
  • Change notification with no action required
    • 1st notification – 1 week prior to event
    • 2nd notification – 1 day prior to event
  • Planned outage
    • 1st notification – 1 week prior to event
    • 2nd notification – 1 day prior to event
    • Service restored – ASAP after service is restored
