Community of Practice

The Project Management Community of Practice (PMCOP) was initiated to provide Project Managers (PMs) learning opportunities through practice sharing and collaboration.  The PMCOP invites anyone at Washington University to share their expertise and engage with other practitioners across the university.  Established in 2016 for PMs, the community has expanded to include Business Analyst and Performance Support topics. Our goals include promoting project practitioner best practices, improving PM and BA skill levels across the university, and promoting the use of methodology.  The Portfolio & Project Management Office hosts the Community of Practice on the last Friday of every other month.   If you would like to participate, or have a meeting topic suggestion, please contact us at ​
